It was sold to our cleaning lady at the time, she took it with her when she moved to honolulu. I was 8 when this happened. A remember sitting inside it, trying to read the placard on the inside of the door. My grandma was driving, she said it said ciera. Today as my car guy self, I know it to be a Cutlass ciera. It had 4 doors, was a deep brown, it had a velour interior that I used to think smelled funny, did not have one piece headlights and had large squarish taillights. Ive been trying to place it for a few years now, I just did a google image search and found this tiny image:

Thats it to a tee, It was a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Brougham. Ive finally found it. My grandma drove it for a while after my uncle did, she also had a white 5 speed 1982 Honda Accord Sedan with blue interior and a coat hanger wrapped in a loop for a radio antenna. Thats the car that helped me understand how a manual transmission works. My grandma was a cool lady, I'll do a write up on her and her car history at some point, Its an interesting story

The Cutlass Ciera in the 80s went through a few iterations very quickly year after year. So placing a precise model to a model year and paint color from memory alone was difficult to say the least

My dad had one of these. I called it the zombie car because he did so little maintenance but it refused to die.
